According to OICO PR quoted by Masoud Shahhoseini the manager of Technical Training, Research and Development the Commissioning and Startup Procedures plan started in Azar oilfield project. 

The harmony of all employee's understanding about the instructions and the guidelines of their working fields is one of the main needs of all commissioning projects. In order to achieve the Purpose, an overall training program for commissioning procedures in various disciplines of Azar oilfield project and in the form of educational seminars is running under the support of S. V. Hosseini, project’s manager and the other managers and supervisors.

The project’s staff in different disciplines used the operational & technical instructions which are available in pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up procedures in accordance with their jobs and further activities, Masoud Shahhoseini added.

As the main points of the instructions are to be used subsequently and hence to be read and carefully integrated before starting each activity, such seminars would be of great importance.
